 | | Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests. Once a guest reserves a unit, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests for it. Per Night Rates:
Available May 1st to June 14th and August 16 to October 12th with a 2 night minimum stay. Memorial Day or Labor Day weekends require a 3 night minimum reservation. All reservations between June 15th and August 15th are one week minimum.
Deposits:1 Bedroom $275
2 Bedroom $375
3 Bedroom $475
Boat & Motor $50
(Per week reserved)
A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit is applied to the end of the reserved period. Your are responsible for the full length of the confirmed reservation.
Cancellations:
With 60 day notice and cabin re-rented for the entire length of the confirmed reservation, the deposit is refundable less a 30% office charge.
Last minute cancellations can occur -- Call for cabin availability
Check-In, Check - Out
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is before 9:00 am. We need this time to properly prepare your cabin. Spring and fall Check-in/check-out times may vary.
Boat & Motor Rental Policy:
- 14' aluminum boat with 9.9 hp outboard motor: $45/day; $35/day at 2+ days: $170/week
(this pkg. includes dockage and 1 tank of gas)
- Boat dockage: $25/week; $5/day
- 14' aluminum rowboat and dockage: $55/week
- Pontoons: Daily & weekly rates available
- Deposit required for boat & motor rental: $50/week
- Canoe, Paddleboat, Fun Bug: No charge
- Life Jackets: No Charge - Adult & Children sizes available.
(Infant sizes not available)
- No wave runners allowed.
Restrictions:
Sorry, we cannot allow pets. However there are kennel facilities 3 miles from the resort. Also no fireworks or tents.
Visitors:Registered guests are asked to notify us in advance of any daytime or over-night visitors to the resort. Please remind visitors that pets are not allowed. We reserve the right to charge for visitors Credit Cards:We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. NEW PLAYGROUND!
